Doug cast in feature film ‘The Dead Men’. January 20, 2011

Doug has been cast as Detective Tufts, a supporting role in an independent feature film called “The Dead Men”. The film is produced by Serius Films in Seattle. More information about the film will be released as it is made public. Production on the project will take place in February.

 

Short Film Starring Doug Makes World Premiere at STIFF ’10 May 7, 2010

A Measure of Comfort, a 37-minute short dramatic film directed by Jeremy Berg, makes it’s world premiere at the Seattle True Independent Film Festival (STIFF) on Saturday, June 12th at 7:45pm.  Doug plays supporting character, Jack, a husband who has to cope with his wife’s infidelities.  A Measure of Comfort tells the story of a struggling writer wrestling with his changed perception of the world after a doomed relationship draws to a conclusion.  This marks Doug’s third major film role.  For more information on the movie, check out the facebook page or the IMDb page.  You can see the trailer and poster for the film below.  You can order tickets to the screening on the Stiff Website.

These are screen shots from Doug’s upcoming short film MARGINS, written and directed by Stimson Snead.  Margins was shot in January, 2010.  Doug plays an estranged husband named Andrew, who tries to break through and connect with a confused accident patient.

Doug, Cooper and Kevin interviewed for Graveyard Show January 29, 2010

The Graveyard Show recently interviewed ZMD director Kevin Hamedani and actors, Doug Fahl and Cooper Hopkins for their weekly podcast.  They discussed working with each other and the process of shooting ZMD.  They also talked about the After Dark Horrorfest and the theatrical release of the movie.

A brand new trailer for ZMD has been posted on BloodyDisgusting.com.  It is also on the Horrorfest Website as well.  This trailer really “hams” up the comedy aspect of the film.

ZMD Gets Great Reviews from LA Film Festival July 3, 2009

ZMD: Zombies of Mass Destruction screened at the LA Film Festival on June 25th and 27th to sold out crowds.  The audience seemed to enjoy the movie.

A Measure of Comfort Trailer Online June 27, 2009

A Measure of Comfort by director Jeremy Berg and 47 North Productions is my fourth film as a principal actor and my third feature length film.  They finally have their first teaser trailer online and the film is expected to be finished in a few months.  This movie is about a writer Joel (played by my PUNCH co-star D’Angelo Midili) and a woman, Amanda, whom he meets and has a doomed relationship with. (played by Natasha Sims).  I play Joel’s best friend, Jack, a co-worker who is dealing with his own failing relationship.
